Who am I?

Hi. I'm Juliana Costa. I come from Brazil and started this company in the Netherlands. I grew up by the Atlantic Ocean and, my childhood memories are bathed by the sea. This gave me the inspiration to create this name: I came from the ocean. Because when you create a good strategy to mobilize people or to generate leads, they come in waves. Sometimes small, sometimes big, but the waves always keep coming.

I am an analytical and creative professional. I am always looking for new ways of improving existing work. I have acquired a keen eye for media details, industry trends, and capitalising on opportunities for business advancement.

While working for Greenpeace, I drove digital channels from a few thousand supporters to millions. Doubled the engagement rate and created a deeper level of commitment for the supporters with the cause. I have implemented the Influencer Marketing Tactics and Marketing Automation strategies.

Omnichannel, engagement, KPIs, social media, customer journey, video script and ROI are keywords for me.
